I’ve had a fear of going to the dentist all of my adult life. But I absolutely love my dentist! Dr. Fan has such a warm, compassionate and gentle demeanor. Which is very comforting when you’re feeling anxious. I no longer have a fear of my appointments. I have a lot of work scheduled and I’m happy about it because of the improvement it is making to my smile. The entire staff is so kind. You never feel as if you’re bothering them with your questions. They’re always very patient and informative. I’ve recommended the office to many people. Even saying it’s worth the drive if you aren’t local. I’m staying loyal to them for the long run!

They were good until my last appointment, I was getting a filling done. The Doctor came and put the needle were there wasn’t any numbing! I told her and all she said was I know sorry. She was too busy talking to another lady to see what she was doing. yeah never again!!

Fantastic dentist office! I have had several dental issues over the last year and Dr. Kim and Apex have taken care of all of them wonderfully. In addition, Theresa who works in billing and reception is absolutely wonderful to coordinate with. Theresa is highly professional, extremely courteous, and very accommodating. Kudos to you, Theresa and Apex!

I always have a pleasant experience when I visit. The Dentist, Hygienist are very gentle and professional when I get work done, they make me feel safe and comfortable, the staff are always polite and the facility is always clean, I love the fact they disinfects the rooms soon after every patient. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Best Dentist office in Mercer county! ♥️♥️♥️

So far so good! Had some traumatizing experiences with dentists in the past, but the procedures have been smooth, comfortable, and as pain-free as can be. I'll keep my review updated as time goes, but as of now it's getting 5 stars.

I went in this morning to get two fillings and a cleaning. First and foremost, the staff here are always nice and make you feel welcome from start to finish. The fillings were completed pain free. They checked along the way for any pain or discomfort. The cleaning was nice too. The tech who did the cleaning was outstanding. She had a light touch and was very thorough. I have never had a bad experience in the several years I've been a patient here. Keep up the great work!

Was looking for a new dentist because I just moved to the area. Called them yesterday to schedule an appointment. They called back today to confirm my appointment and asked me what the appointment was for ? And when I mentioned that I just made the appointment yesterday the receptionist gave me a tone. I can’t speak to their service but the fact that I just made the appointment yesterday and today their asking me why and giving me attitude on the phone completely turned me off. I canceled and I’ll be going somewhere else.
